Significantly Delinquent Dues owed
to IWHOA, April 6, 2015

Above
please see a list of those property addresses whose owners are currently $200
or more in arrears on the payment of their HOA dues. The total amount shown on this year’s list is
$3,350. This is a significant reduction
from last year’s list of severely delinquent dues of $200 or more which totaled
$6,425. (We wrote off $300 of last
year’s amount due to a foreclosure.)
As
we have already offered all the owners of the above properties an opportunity
to make payment arrangements in a demand letter dated, March 6, 2015, the
filing of a property lien will also include all allowable late fees, interest
charges and court filing fees.
As
of April 6, 2015, due to their receipt of the aforementioned demand letter, we
have had three severely delinquent property owners make promises to pay their
dues in full prior to July 1, 2015. I
have omitted those property addresses from the above list because of their
stated promise to pay. Between them, these
three property owners owe an additional $1,000 in dues. If those promised payments are not received
by the date mentioned, liens will be filed on those properties as well.
Every
property owner in Ingleside Woods is a member of the IWHOA by virtue of their
purchase of property in our subdivision. The only exception is Mr.
Hadaway’s property at 3111
Stinsonville Road , as that home was here before
there was an Ingleside Woods. All other
homeowners are members and must pay dues, as those properties were deeded
subject to By Laws and Restrictive Covenants recorded by the original
developer, David Thornton. If you did not know of the By Laws and
Restrictive Covenants of the IWHOA, it is your fault alone.
I
and no other person made the decision to publish this list of property address
and amounts owed to indicate those residents who are not contributing
financially to the betterment of our shared community. Property liens will be filed against the
homes reflected on the above list beginning July 1, 2015 if the full amount
owed is not paid by then. (Your name is not on this list if you are only
delinquent on your 2013 and 2014 dues and you still owe dues for 2015.)
