Dues have been assessed for the calendar year 2012. Dues are $50 per year, due by the annual meeting. Your account activity may be viewed at the following link:

Please email inglesidewoods@gmail.com for your password. Dues may be made by cash directly to the treasurer (ask for receipt) or by check or money order. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 7234, Macon, GA 31209.
Please be aware that if you owe dues from previous years, you may incur both late charges and interest charges. Dues collected help to keep our common areas maintained, as well as pay for administrative costs throughout the year.
The annual meeting is tentatively planned for the evening of Tuesday, March 6th. All officer positions, including the president, secretary, and treasurer, must be voted on as each current officer has already served two years. Details will follow.

I mailed in dues payment checks almost four weeks ago, and they still haven't been deposited. Anyone checking the mailbox?
ReplyDeleteYes! I checked the mailbox on 1/29/2012 and deposited checks today at lunchtime for two homes - 3286 Stin. and 501 Double O.
