The elected officers are exempt from homeowner’s dues after the first year of service. For the time they serve as an elected officer for IWHOA, dues will be credited to their residence. This is limited to only one residence per officer.
Ingleside Woods is a planned unit development (PUD) in Macon, Georgia conveniently located near downtown, Riverside Drive, I-75, and Vineville Avenue. Ingleside Woods homeowners are protected by the restrictive covenants of the Ingleside Woods Homeowner's Association. Please view them below.
