Attached please find the 2016 Treasurer's Report. It shows a reduction in the bank balance of $1,263.56 for the end of 2016 compared to the beginning of 2016. This is entirely due to the cost of legal counsel during 2016 in the amount of $2,062.50. (13.75 hours at a cost of $150 per hour) This is not a routine or ongoing expense, but only an "as needed" expense. Please let any HOA director know of any questions and/or concerns.
