Yard Waste
This information is from Bibb County's Engineering Department website about Solid Waste Residential Collection:
YARD TRASH INFORMATION
• Pick up is every other week on the same day of the week as your solid waste collection
• Grass clippings, leaves, pine straw, limbs or brush must be neatly bagged, boxed or bundled and placed at the curb.
• Limbs and brush must be less than 4 feet in length and 3 inches in diameter.
• Yard trash collection is limited to two cubic yards per pick up – if you have an amount exceeding the limit, two cubic yards will be picked up on each collection day until the job is complete.
• Please note that this service is for trimmings generated by the residential customer. Limbs and other debris generated by commercial tree cutters or yard services are not included in the service provided by Bibb County.
In other words, yard waste removal IS included in your residential trash collection. However, it is the homeowner's responsibility to make sure that the waste is presented in the ways listed above to facilitate easy removal of the debris.

Noise Violations
Someone has recently requested when is "quiet time" for the neighborhood. We do not have a specific noise violation code in the HOA covenants; however, we do fall under the City of Macon Code of Ordinances.
The code can be located at:
http://library.municode.com/index.aspx?clientId=10168
This is an excerpt from the Part III, Chapter 12, Article II - Noise:
(a)
The creating of any unreasonably loud, disturbing and unnecessary noise within the limits of the city is prohibited. Noise of such character, intensity or duration as to be detrimental to the life or health of any individual, or in disturbance of the public peace and welfare is prohibited. In addition, at any time between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 p.m. Friday night and Saturday night and 9:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday, it shall be deemed a violation of this section if any noise regulated or prohibited under the provisions of this section is readily audible in another home, residence, apartment or building in which the usual openings such as windows and doors are closed. The person causing the noise, or the owner, lessee or other person in control of the property from which the noise is emanating shall be deemed to be in violation of this section.
