Downed Tree Cleared

On November 11, heavy rain and wind from Tropical Storm Ida downed a tree near the entrance of Ingleside Woods. The remaining officers of the HOA decided to remove this tree by our landscaper as it posed a significant risk to motorists and children, as well as being an eyesore. The wooded area near the entrance is not a common area and is privately owned property. Therefore, we will attempt to recoup our monies from this expense from the property owner.

President Nominations Requested

Dear Homeowner:

This is to advise you that our Homeowners Association President, Stephanie Doyle, has resigned. Our Homeowners Association must have a president in order to fulfill the obligations set forth in the bylaws of our association.

We feel it is the desire of all property owners in Ingleside Woods to maintain our property in a manner that will maintain our home values and the appearance of the neighborhood.

We really need your assistance in this matter. We need a volunteer to nominate himself or herself. The Homeowners Association provides a wonderful opportunity to get to meet your neighbors and participate in helping some of the issues that our community is facing. You will have the support of the current officers, as well as past presidents who would be willing to assist you in the president’s duties. Officers must be current on Homeowners Association dues.

Please use the contact information below to submit all nominations no later than Monday, November 23rd. It is important so that we can start the fiscal year with a full board of directors. We need your leadership and input!

Sincerely,

Ingleside Woods Officers
